Butterfly Ecological Learning Center was opened in July 2005 and located in Bongmu Park of Dong-gu, Daegu Metropolis.
They exhibit about 1,100 butterflies of some 300 species from around the world and you can view classification and ecology of butterfly at a glance. From here, you can search diverse information such as butterfly designs and digital image displays, etc. as well.
Butterfly Ecological Park located at the east of Butterfly Ecological Learning Center consist of 1st story and 2nd story, and there is a butterfly breeding farm that displays eggs, pupae and imagoes in order to observe transformation process of the butterfly and a video pavilion where whole life of the butterfly can be observed.

Natural Dyeing Museum
Natural Dyeing Museum is a cultural space reserved to produce natural colors and consists of Relic Room, Folk Craft·Dyeing Tools Room, Gallery and Learning through Experience Room and has some 1,000 pieces of relics and artistic works related with natural dyeing. There are International Industrial Arts Center that exhibits industrial artistic works, and International Pattern Design Research Center with collection of Korean patterns and international data as well as dyeing botanical garden, growing each kind of dyeing plants, medicinal plants, wild flowers and irises as well, so that anyone can view important data concerning natural dyeing.

Dr. Kwon Byeongtak, founder of Songgwangmae Memorial Museum brought seeds of plum from Songgwangsa-temple, Songgwang-myeon, Sooncheon-city, Jeonnam Province and multiplied them in this Memorial. There is all data available here relevant to Korean traditional industry and this memorial consists of pavilions of Gilssam (hand weaving), Natural Dyeing, Plum, Art and Written Works, Ceramic Ware, Medical Herb Market, Production Tools and Materials for Lives, Sweburi(Blacksmith); and explain about characteristics, effects and processing method of plum and even sells them in May when plum is harvested.2007-12-262007-12-262007-12-262007-12-26
Bangjja Brassware Museum is the first specialized Museum in Korea with a theme of Bangjja Brassware. Brassware Master Lee Bongjoo was designaned as an important intangible cultural asset No. 77 by the government in 1983 and has contributed 1,480 pieces of 275 kinds of brass wares made or collected by himself throughout his life to this Museum. The Museum was built on 17,880㎡(5,409 pyeong) area with floor space of 3,758㎡(1,137 pyeong) and consists of one basement and two stories above ground and has three pavilions (755 pyeong), data search room, culture-sarang room, video learning room, open auditorium and planning exhibition room.
