History

  • Mongol Empire territory in the mid-13th to 14th centuries
  • Establishment of the Bulgang Province Administrative Committee, separated from Selenge Province on January 15, 1938

  • Administrative Organization: 6 departments

Environment

  • There are around 10 species of medicinal herbs, and the region is characterized by forests and steppe areas populated by animals such as elk, bears, wild boars, foxes, musk deer, wolves, and wild sheep.
